This is an excellent coin mystery where you show penetration of solid through solid. A plastic box with holes in the top and bottom is passed out for examination along with some plastic spikes.
A half dollar size solid plastic coin is introduced and also passed out for examination. The coin is placed into the box covering the holes on the bottom of the box entirely.
After placing the cover on the box the spikes are pushed through the coin and out the bottom of the box one at a time. All spikes are then removed and you now show the coin unharmed and get a well deserved round of applause.

Effect – The magician shows 3 cards two have Black circles printed on them the third has Red circles. The cards are held in the hand and covered by a handkerchief.
One at a time the two Black cards are removed and shown to the audience, leaving the Red one still covered. When the last card is removed the Red circles have disappeared and have been replaced with the words “Fooled”.
